This tab can be used by a Platform Admin or Admin of multiple Workspaces to check high level quantitative data on how all or multiple Workspaces in their organization are implementing the tool over time, the overall creation of content & usage of the Frontline App
This tab can be used by a Platform Admin, Workspace Admin, or Team Admin to check in depth quantitative data on how a Workspace is implementing the tool over time, the creation of content & usage of content on the frontline.
Note: You can download any of the data from graphs and tables in order to perform further analysis
Check the Platform Adoption Data
1. Select a timeframe & Workspaces you are interested in
Note: You could choose, for example, to look at the current year, all Workspaces you have access to, or only a specific group of Workspaces at a time.
2. Check the Number of Workspaces, Teams & Users, to see how many factories and in which parts of your organisation is SwipeGuide being adopted during specific periods of time, and in total to date
Note: You can use this data to determine which parts of your organisation could need your support to speed up the adoption.
3. Check the Number of Guides, Instructions & Steps created overall on the Platform to see how much content is being created by all the different factories on the Platform in specific periods of time and in total to date
Note: Click the arrow underneath the graphs or charts to filter & see only specific types of content or to choose a specific timeframe
4. Check the Number of Guides, Instructions & Steps created by each Workspace on the Platform to compare how much content is being created by all the different factories on the Platform in specific periods of time and in total to date
5. Check the number of Page views to see how much your Platform is being accessed by all the different users on the frontline from all the factories which adopted the SwipeGuide tool & the number of User sessions to see how many times these users have used the content on your Platform over specific periods of time and in total
Note: A User Session is counted when a user has spent up to 30 min on your Platform, whereas a Page View is counted when a user has spent any given time on any given page related to your Platform.
Check the Workspace Adoption Data
1. Click on the โWorkspace Adoptionโ tab & filter on a timeframe & on the Workspace(s) you are interested in
2. Check the Number of Teams & Users, to see how many teams within your Workspace have already adopted the tool during specific periods of time, and in total to date
Note: You can use this data to determine which parts of your organisation could need your support to speed up the adoption.
3. Check the Number of Guides, Instructions & Steps in draft & published, that are created by all Teams within your Workspace to see how much content is being created by all users within your Workspace in specific periods of time and in total to date
Note: Click the arrow underneath the graphs or charts to filter & see only specific types of content or to choose a specific timeframe
4. Check the number of Guides, Instructions & Steps in draft & published, that are created by each of your Teams to see how much content is being created by specific users within your Team in a specific period of time
5. Check the number of Page views to see how much your Platform is being accessed by all the different users on the frontline from from your Workspace & the number of User sessions to see how many times these users have used the content on your Workspace over specific periods of time and in total to date

5. Check which are all of the Guides & Instructions that have been by each Team on your Workspace, and how many Users have accessed this content and how much time was spent on each of them
Note: You can use this data to determine which use-cases have been covered already and which ones still need to be picked up. Next to that, you can learn from here how instructions are being used on the shopfloor and where the content could be improved to make it easier and faster for users to go through or which Instruction needs to be used more frequently to achieve the needed results.
