Updated over 5 months ago

The Website Widget advises patients of the current live queue length for your surgery, patients will be informed in advance how busy your surgery is prior to calling and therefore gain greater transparency

You can create multiple widgets that can be added to different sections of your website where they can be filtered to display one or all groups

Each widget can display either the Current Longest Wait or the number of Callers in Queue

Widgets can be customised to align with the theme of your surgery's website
