Go to your Business profile on Instagram.
Tap on Edit Profile.
Under Public Business Information, tap on Contact Options.
Tap on WhatsApp Business Number.
Add your number.
Tap Save (iOS) or the checkmark symbol (Android).
You will now find the button under "Contact."
