Here's how you can download a list of 10 one-time codes from Facebook, in case you lock yourself out of Facebook

To prevent being locked out of your Facebook account and thus also your META business account, which contains your WhatsApp Business API account, it is recommended that you download the list of 10 one-time-use recovery codes when activating the two-step authentication.
