Scroll down to Communication Channels

1. Go to Superchat Settings in the Inboxes
2. Select the inbox you want to connect the email to
3. Scroll down to Communication Channels
4. Click on Add
5. Choose Email
6. Select Outlook

7. Click Next
8. Enter your data

9. Click Save
