Go to Superchat Settings and then to Inboxes
Select the Inbox you want to connect your email address to
Scroll down to Communication Channels
Click on Add
Choose Email
Select Microsoft Exchange API
Click Next
Assign a sender name (sender) for this email address
💡 Here, it's a good idea to use the company name, for example
Enter the email address you want to connect to Superchat
Enter your password for this email mailbox
Click Save - Done! 👏"
