Open your private Facebook profile

Go to your Settings, navigate to Business Integrations

Click on "view and edit" for Superchat

Tick all access permissions and select the corresponding Facebook page

Now go to Superchat

Proceed to your Settings

Navigate to Inboxes

Add Facebook again (do not delete!) to refresh the access permissions
