Introduction
When you create a new opt-in method to collect subscribers, you can also make it trigger an automation after the customer subscribes to your Newsletter. This is especially useful when new customers scan the QR-code from the Opt-in method, start the conversation, and you now try to keep the conversation going.
The steps
Create a new opt-in method;
2. Start a new automation and create a new message content filter word choosing the same word that you selected for the opt-in method. Alternatively, you can easily implement those steps in an already existing workflow.
Build the automation however you see fit, and then publish it. Make sure that the content filter content exactly matched the Opt-in keyword.
Now, the automation will trigger whenever a customer subscribes to your Newsletter!
