The integration of Superchat and HubSpot allows you to optimize your communication and CRM processes. Follow these steps to connect the two services.

Step 1: Go to the integration settings in Superchat

  1. Once you're logged into Superchat, go to the Settings menu.

  2. Select Integrations from the sidebar.

Step 2: Select HubSpot

  1. Find the HubSpot card and click on it.

  2. Then click the Connect button.

Step 3: Grant Superchat permission in HubSpot

  1. A new window will open, prompting you to log in to your HubSpot account.

  2. Enter your HubSpot credentials and sign in to HubSpot.

  3. You'll be asked to grant Superchat permission to access your HubSpot data. Authorise Superchat to proceed.

Step 4: Configure integration settings

  1. After authorization, you'll be redirected back to Superchat.

  2. Scroll down a bit to see the HubSpot integration in the list of your connected systems. Click on the integration.

  3. In the HubSpot integration settings, select the data you want to synchronize between Superchat and HubSpot (e.g., conversations, messages).

Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems during the integration process, consider the following tips:

  • Make sure you have administrator rights in both Superchat and HubSpot.

  • Check if you have a stable internet connection.
