The integration of Superchat and HubSpot allows you to optimise your communication and CRM processes. Follow these steps to connect the two services.
Before you start
Make sure you have Administrator rights in Superchat, as well as the following user permissions in your HubSpot account:
App Marketplace access
Communicate records they own
Otherwise you will not be able to complete the connection process.
Step 1: Go to the integration settings in Superchat
Select Settings → Integrations → Explore Integrations then find HubSpot and click Add.
In the ensuing window, click Add, where you will be directed to the HubSpot login page.
After that, follow the flow to log in, including entering your 6-digit authentication code (should you have one) from whichever authentication app you have linked with your HubSpot account.
Then simply select the Superchat account you would like to connect.
Step 4: Configure integration settings
After authorisation, you'll be redirected back to Superchat. In Integrations, select Connected integrations, where you should now be able to see any existing integrations. Select Settings in your HubSpot integration.
In the HubSpot integration settings, select the data you want to synchronize between Superchat and HubSpot (e.g., conversations, messages).

Make sure you have administrator rights in both Superchat and HubSpot.
Check if you have a stable internet connection.
