If you’re currently using the WhatsApp Business App and want to switch to the WhatsApp Business API with Superchat, you can do so easily. You can simply delete your account in the WhatsApp Business App and then register the number with the WhatsApp Business API.
⚠️ Important: Please note that all account data (including your chat history & files) will be deleted.
Instructions
Open the WhatsApp Business app on your mobile phone then select Settings (either at the bottom right for iOS or in the three dots in the top right for Android).
Go to Account and click on Delete account.
To confirm this process in the next step, you will then be asked to enter the number currently connected to this account. After that, simply click Delete account again.
In the next step you will be asked for a simple confirmation. Simply click Yes and the process is complete.
