Individualise your webchat using the Superchat Web Widget SDK

Our Webchat allows your website visitors to be forwarded directly to your communication channels. Using a QR code, they can communicate with you directly via WhatsApp, Facebook or the live chat, for example.

Especially for larger companies, it can be important to customize the Webchat.

You need a certain level of IT knowledge to customize the Webchat. Unfortunately, we do not offer individual support for this.

If you want full control over the Webchat, our Web Widget SDK is the right choice for you. This gives you the following advantages:

  • Show/hide the widget automatically

  • Send context when web visitors open the widget and send a message (e.g. transfer information from where the web visitor is messaging)
