Using the Facebook Business Manager is free of charge. Before you get started, you should make sure that you have a personal Facebook account or Instagram account with which you can confirm your identity. Then register for Meta Business Manager as follows:

Click on Create account
Enter the registered name of your business, select the primary page and enter your name and business email address.
