Step-by-step Instructions
Go to Settings and navigate to Web Widget and then New Web Widget.
Copy the snippet:
Switch to Shopify.
In the menu, under Sales Channels, click on Online Store.
Then click on Actions and Edit Code.
On the left side, click on the theme.liquid file.
Paste the code copied from Superchat within the <head> section.
For example, at the bottom.
Finally, press Save.
