Integrating the Superchat webchat into Joomla is quick and easy – if you know how!
Here's how it works 🚀
Log in to Superchat.
Go to Settings.
Navigate to Webchat.
Click on the already created webchat, then click on Install Webchat.
Copy the snippet.
Switch to your Joomla account.
Download Joomla HTML (in the Pro version: add CSS and JS files).
Paste your HTML/JavaScript into the HTML parameter, enable it, and you're good to go.
To install the module, go to Extensions > Module Manager, select the file, and click the Upload and Install button.
Click on Save & Close
