Now that you are starting to collect your reviews through the review link provided by Superchat, you have the option to activate the feedback form. With this, customers who give you 3 stars or less get filtered and you can ask them for feedback separately.
So, their feedback, along with the star rating (3 or less), will land directly in Superchat where you can start a conversation with the customer.
Step-by-step guide:
First login to Superchat
Then go to your Inbox
Click on your initials in the upper right corner to open the Settings
Go to Reviews
Select a Review profile and scroll down to the Feedback Form
Switch on the function (on the right). Done! 👏
