track the status of your review invitations,
send automatic review reminders,

Step-by-step guide:
First, log in to Superchat
After that you are in your Inbox
Click on your initials in the upper right corner to open the Settings
Navigate to Reviews
Select a Review profile
Click on copy review link
Done! 👏
