Superchat > Inbox > Select Mailbox > Choose Conversation > More > Export Chat
Step by step instructions
Log in to Superchat
You'll find yourself in the Inbox
Click on More at the top right of the bar
Now click on Export
Enter an email address to which the chat should be sent (the export will be s a pdf file)
Press Send. Done! 👏
Alternatively, you can send a chat using the conversation link:
Want to paste the conversation into another tool (billing management, customer management, etc.)? In that case, instead of exporting, you can also simply copy the link to the conversation and paste it into the desired tool. The link will then take you directly to Superchat and open the conversation with the user.
Here's how it works exactly:
Start by logging in to Superchat
You'll find yourself in the Inbox
Select the desired conversation
Copy the URL link
Paste the URL into your desired tool. Done! 👏
