In this short guide, we will show you step by step how to assign the "Open" or "Done" status to conversations:

Log in to Superchat
Once logged in, you'll automatically be in the Inbox
Now select a conversation that you want to mark as Done
At the top right in the toolbar, you'll find the indicator Done
When you click on Done, the conversation will be marked as done and will appear in the left column under completed conversations.
You will no longer see the conversation in Open.
To switch a conversation from Done to Open, click in the toolbar of the conversation on Open. Perfect! 👌
This is how you move conversations between "Open" and "Done."
