Step-by-step instructions
Start by logging in to Superchat
Next, you'll find yourself in the Inbox.
Click on Assign at the top right of the bar (left of Labels)
Choose one or more team member(s).
❗️ Important: Team members with the "member" permission only have access to conversations assigned to them. If you, as a member, assign a conversation to another team member and/or remove yourself, you will lose access to that conversation.
