3... 2... 1... Automation! ๐Ÿš€

When customers contact you for the first time or outside of business hours, you can send an automated message via Superchat:

  1. Log into Superchat

  2. Go to your Inbox

  3. Hover over your initials on the top right corner and click on Settings

  4. Under Company Settings, navigate to Inboxes

  5. Select any Inbox

  6. Scroll down to Automatic Messages

  7. To activate and edit the messages, move toggle to the right (green)


Important: Keep in mind that those settings are for all communication channels that are listed in the inbox, and not just WhatsApp.

Welcome message

When customers contact you for the very first time, automatically send a message. Adjust the text as desired.

Out-of-office message (during non-business hours)

Whenever a customer contacts you outside your opening hours, you can have Superchat send them an automated message of your choosing.
