Once logged in, you'll automatically be in your Inbox

Click on the blue "New Message" button

Choose an existing contact or create a new one

Select whether you want to continue an existing conversation or start a new one

Choose the desired communication channel

Write your message and click Send. Done! 👏

Click on Contacts in the top navigation bar

Use the search if necessary and select the desired existing contact or create a new contact

Click on New Conversation in the contact preview on the right

Select whether you want to continue an existing conversation or start a new one
