You've successfully linked your email address with your Superchat account, but you still need a suitable signature? You're in the right place! With the Email Signature Generator, you can easily create a custom signature and customize it to your liking.

Start by opening the <a href="https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Email Signature Generator</a>

In the left column, enter the relevant information about yourself or your team

Design your signature by creating a custom design

1. Profile Picture
 1. Visit a website of your choice where the desired profile picture has already been uploaded (e.g., career page, team page, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
 2. Right-click on the corresponding image and copy the image address
 3. Return to the Email Signature Generator and paste the copied image address under Profile Picture
 4. 👏 Your profile picture now appears in the preview and has been successfully added to your signature
 
2. Company Logo
 1. Visit a website of your choice where the desired logo has already been uploaded (e.g., website, LinkedIn, etc.)
 2. Right-click on the corresponding logo and copy the image address
 3. Return to the Email Signature Generator and paste the copied image address under Company Logo
 4. 👏 Your logo now appears in the preview and has been successfully added to your signature

Add existing contact options to your signature through which your customers can reach you

1. WhatsApp
 Enter the WhatsApp number through which your customers can contact you in the provided form
2. Facebook
 Visit the Facebook page through which you want to be contacted by your customers in the future and copy the URL
3. Twitter
 Visit the Twitter profile through which you want to be contacted by your customers in the future and copy the URL
4. LinkedIn
 Visit the LinkedIn profile through which you want to be contacted by your customers in the future and copy the URL
5. Instagram
 Visit the Instagram profile through which you want to be contacted by your customers in the future and copy the URL
6. Telegram
 1. Open the Telegram app on your mobile device
 2. Click on Settings in the bottom right corner
 3. Then click on Edit in the top right corner
 4. Copy the username WITHOUT the @
 5. Return to the Email Signature Generator and paste the username

Next, click on Create Email Signature and follow the steps to successfully set up the email signature in your Superchat account or your email inbox
