How do you want to connect your email?
1. Integration via Microsoft Office 365/Exchange Online:
Log in to your Superchat account and go to settings > inboxes
Select the mailbox you want to connect your email address to
Scroll down to Communication Channels
Click on Add
Select Email
Select Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange Online
Then click on Save
Enter the email address that you want to connect to Superchat
Click on Next
Enter your password for this e-mail
Click on Log in
Done! 👏
2. Integration via Outlook:
Go to the inboxes in the Superchat settings.
Select the inbox you want to connect the email to
Scroll down to Communication Channels
Click on Add
Select Mail
Select Outlook
Click on Next
Enter your data (account or mailbox login)
Click on safe
Done! 👏
3. Integration via IMAP & SMTP:
Go to the inboxes in the Superchat settings.
Select the inbox you want to connect the email to
Scroll down to Communication Channels
Click on Add
Select Mail
Select IMAP &SMTP
Click continue
Enter your information (You can find the server information in your email inbox settings, or simply google them if you know your provider)
Click on safe
Done! 👏
4. Integration via Microsoft Exchange API:
Go to the inboxes in the Superchat settings.
Select the inbox you want to connect the email to
Scroll down to Communication Channels
Click on Add
Select Mail
Select Microsoft Exchange API
Then click Save
Assign a sender name for this email address 💡 For example, you can use the company name here.
Enter the email address that you want to connect to Superchat
Enter your password
Click on safe
Done! 👏
5. Where to find IMAP & SMTP data?

Visit the website https://login.ionos.de
Log in with your customer number, email address, or domain.
Go to My Account in the menu and then to My Customer Data.
Find your login details and use them to log in to Superchat.

Visit the website https://www.strato.de/apps/CustomerService#/skl
Log in with your username or customer number and password.
Open the settings: Click on the Settings icon in the menu and then on Accounts.
Find your login details and use them to log in to Superchat.

Log in with your email address or username and password.
Click on the “Settings” gear icon in the menu and select Options.
Find your login details under My Account and use them to log in to Superchat.

Click on Administration in the top right and then on Access Data in the menu.
Find your login details and use them to log in to Superchat.

Find your login details under Accounts and use them to log in to Superchat.
