As an administrator, you can change the permissions of individual users at any time.

Navigate to the Gear in the top right corner

Select manage team in the list on the left

Click on the user whose Role you want to change

Under Permissions, select one of the following three options: User, Supervisor and Administrator

1. First log in to Superchat
2. Navigate to the Gear in the top right corner
3. Select manage team in the list on the left
4. Click on the user whose Role you want to change
