At Superchat, a conversation is the exchange of messages between you and your customers within a 24-hour period through a messaging channel. Once you contact a customer with a template and receive a response or are contacted, a 24-hour window opens during which you can send as many messages as you like. After the 24-hour period expires, the conversation ends, and you would need to contact the customers again using a template.
