How to View, Edit, and Add Club Admins in Spond Club Settings

In Spond Club, the 'Club Admins' section allows you to add, edit, and manage the individuals responsible for controlling and overseeing your club's settings and features. By assigning different levels of admin access, you ensure that your club is managed in an organised and efficient way.


View a Club Admin

To view an admin:

  1. Go to the 'Club Admins' section.

  2. You'll see a list of admins, including their role, title, status (whether they’ve accepted the admin role), and whether they’ve enabled two-step verification.

  3. Click on any admin's name to see their details, such as their email, role, and notification settings.


Edit a Club Admin

  1. In the 'Club Admins' section, find the admin you want to edit.

  2. Click the three dots to the right and select 'Edit'.

  3. You can also edit from the admin’s overview page by clicking the three dots at the top right.

  4. Update the admin's details, such as their name, role, title, and notification settings.

  5. Once changes are made, click 'Save' at the bottom right.


Delete a Club Admin

To delete an admin:

  1. In 'Club Admins', click the three dots next to the admin you wish to delete and select 'Delete'.

  2. Alternatively, from the admin's overview page, click the three dots at the top right and choose 'Delete'.

  3. Confirm the deletion in the prompt window.


Create a Club Admin

To add a new admin:

  1. In 'Club Admins', click the 'Add Admin' button at the top right.

  2. Enter the admin's name and email. After creating the admin, they'll receive an email with a confirmation link.

  3. Assign a role and title to the new admin, such as 'Football Team Leader'.

  4. Set their notification preferences.

  5. Click 'Save' to finalise the new admin's profile.

NOTE: The status of a newly added admin will show as 'Pending Acceptance' until they accept the role. Once accepted, the status will change to 'Accepted', and they’ll be able to access the club’s profile.
