SnappCar’s Role as a Platform
SnappCar is a digital platform that enables car sharing between individuals. We facilitate the booking, but we are not a legal party to the rental agreement between renter and owner.
The insurance agreement is also made directly between renter, owner, and insurer. SnappCar is not a contractual party in this.

Complaints or Conflicts
Do you have a conflict with a renter or owner? Try to resolve it together first via Messages in the app or website.
If that doesn’t work, you can submit the issue to SnappCar. We mediate fairly and consider both sides. Be sure to read the terms and insurance conditions beforehand to understand what is and isn’t covered.
