How do you notify us of important changes (e.g. marriage, address change, childbirth)?

Please inform us about any personal changes so we can keep your data up to date and continue providing you with the best possible service.This includes, for example:

  • a marriage or name change,

  • a new address,

  • the birth of a child,

  • or other relevant changes in your personal situation.

Here’s how you can inform us:You can contact us quickly and easily via one of the following options:

By email: Send us a message anytime at kontakt-team@smarta-steuern.de – please include all relevant information and, if applicable, supporting documents (e.g. marriage certificate, proof of residence, etc.).

Via the messenger in the web app: Log in to your client account and use the integrated chat to message us directly.

We’ll take care of updating your data as soon as possible.

Tip: The earlier you let us know about changes, the more smoothly everything can continue – for example, when communicating with your tax office.
