If an accident or incident occurs while you are flying, you must report it to the Swedish Transport Agency at https://transportstyrelsen.se/rapportera-handelse-med-dronare. Reporting is mandatory if someone is seriously injured, if there is a fatal outcome, or if the incident involves manned aircraft (airplanes, helicopters, etc.).

If someone is seriously injured or if there is a fatal outcome, or if an aircraft sustains extensive damage, the incident must be reported both to the Swedish Transport Agency and to the Swedish Accident Investigation Authority (Statens haverikommission).

If there are suspicions of a crime being committed during an incident or accident, this should be reported to the police.
