If you or your leak sensor has identified a minor leak that has now subsided it is
good to fix these things as soon as possible to avoid bigger problems in the
future. It will also save water as well as money, so more reason to get the issue
resolved. Identify the source or where it is coming from if it was not already
identified by your leak sensor. Once you have identified what is causing the leak
you may want to see if you can fix this yourself or look for a specialist to help
you, to prevent any further leaks.
Make sure to remove any excess water and dry the area immediately. You can
also open windows to stop mould and damp. Once everything is safe, be sure to
gather any evidence of damage to your property. Take lots of photos and videos
of where the leak is emerging, and the damage caused.
