If you or your leak sensor has detected a minor leak from one of your appliances
such as your fridge, washing machine or dishwasher this could be for several
reasons. It is recommended to check the handbook or user guide for the
appliance that is leaking and call a specialist that can help with this. We also
recommend drying off the area immediately – do not allow water that leaked
from your appliances to stand where it is since it may cause considerable water
damage to your floor.

If the leak could cause any damage to your home’s wiring or electricals, turn off
the electricity at the fuse box, as well as the water supply until the appliance or
the cause of the leak is fixed.

Once everything is safe, be sure to gather any evidence of damage to your
property. Take lots of photos and videos of where the leak is emerging, and the
damage caused.

This type of leak is generally small and cases minimal damage. However, if you
