If you have a leak coming from a neighbour's property, it is important to act
quickly, and we would advise to contact them as soon as you can to ensure the
water supply is turned off once it is safe to do so.

If it is a major leak, make sure everybody at home is safe including pets first, and
then secure your personal possessions.

Once everything is safe, be sure to gather any evidence of damage to your
property. Take lots of photos and videos of where the leak is emerging, and the
damage caused.
