Anyone in your home can have access to the Sky Protect app. They just need an invite from the primary user. The email invite has a link that will allow them to create their account and log in on Sky Protect on their smartphone. Here’s how to add a user:
Open the Sky Protect app.
Select the ‘people’ tab in the bottom bar.
Choose ‘add user’.
Enter the name, email address and telephone number of your chosen home member.
Select ‘add user.'
The invitation will now be sent to their email. They can accept it and create their account.
Smart tip
When you add a user to your home/account, they will become a ‘secondary user’ and have the following permissions:
Arm and disarm the home
Access live streams on both your Video Doorbell and Indoor Camera
View and download clips on both your Video Doorbell and Indoor Camera
Receive notifications
Change device settings
Change home settings
Add new devices
Only the primary user can:
Add and remove users
Remove devices
Change consent settings
