Have you connected your Indoor Camera and Sensor Bridge

Before installing any sensors, make sure that your Indoor Camera and Sensor Bridge are properly connected and online. This is important, as the sensors will not be able to be installed without first completing this step.

Where to place

Place your Leak Sensors on the floor near areas where water is used, such as around appliances. Consider where leaks are most likely to occur or where damage could happen, such as:

  • Next to washing machines and dishwashers

  • Behind kickboards in kitchens near pipes and sinks

  • Next to bath panels in bathrooms

  • Underneath boilers and hot water tanks

You can also position sensors in areas where you want to track temperature or humidity levels.

Feel free to place your sensors in other locations that meet your needs.
