Before making a claim

Check policy wording to make sure you’re covered and check the specific excess on your policy schedule. Your excess is the amount you’ll be asked to pay towards your claim.

Have your policy number ready and anything that may help with your claim such as dates and times, a crime reference number (if applicable), and photos that may support your claim.
