Things are back to normal, if you were waiting for your refund, it should arrive today or tomorrow.
If you have not received the refund, you can also check that :
You do not have any outstanding invoices for action on your part (need for additional photos / details)
That you have added a payment method to be reimbursed
That you do not need to update your passport or proof of address
Have you followed all the steps and scanned your form ? If not, you will not receive your refund.
