French tax authorities are currently experiencing delays in processing VAT refunds, which is also affecting the time needed for us to complete your refund.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We expect processing times to improve by Monday July 20th
If you have not received the refund, you can also check that :
You do not have any outstanding invoices for action on your part (need for additional photos / details)
That you have added a payment method to be reimbursed
That you do not need to update your passport or proof of address
Have you followed all the steps and scanned your form ? If not, you will not receive your refund.
