There is no need to print the tax free form if you are leaving the European Union from France!
You just have to scan the barcode on a PABLO terminal or with a french customs officer! You can find the list of terminals in our help articles!
On the other hand, if you are leaving the European Union through another country than France (for example Belgium, or Spain), you must print the form, have it stamped by a customs officer, and send us the photo of the tax free form on the application!
There are a few departure points in France where there are no PABLO kiosks, such as Gare de Lyon or Beauvais airport. If your place of departure does not have a PABLO terminal, you will need to print out the slip and have it stamped by a customs officer.
