The VAT amount is usually at the bottom of your invoice, or below the list of products you have purchased.

In France, VAT is written "TVA". You need to enter the total VAT amount shown on your invoice into the application!

If your invoice does not include VAT, or if the VAT total is 0€, we will not be able to accept it, as there will be nothing to refund.
