Baseline refund rate
The minimum refund rate is 80% of the VAT. To increase this rate, you can get 2 types of bonuses : one-time use bonus and infinite use bonus.
How to increase my refund rate ?
Infinite use bonus
Each time someone uses your referral code and completes a tax-free transaction on the application, you will receive a +1% infinite bonus, which can be used on all your future tax-free transactions. This point is added to your base rate and becomes permanent. You can get a maximum of 10% infinite bonus.
One-time use bonus
Each time someone uses your referral code and enters a valid passport into the application, you will receive a one-time +1% bonus to be used on one of your next tax-free transaction.
When generating your barcode, the application will ask you if you want to use this bonus or not. If you do, the bonus will be used up and will disappear on your next tax-free transaction.
You can get a maximum 10% one-time use bonus per claim. If you have more than 10% of the bonus, the remaining bonus will be carried over when you have used the first 10%.
How do I track my bonus balance ?
To track the addition and consumption of your bonuses, you can click on the "My Bonus Balance" button. This page will show you the infinite and one-time use bonuses you have and will show you the history of all additions and uses.
