No problem! Just open your refund request and click on the first step where the travel date appears. By clicking on that date, you’ll be able to update it.
Please note: this date is simply a reminder to scan your form. It doesn’t need to exactly match your actual travel date. You do not have to update it if your travel dates changes.
You have up to 3 months after your purchase to validate your barcode or tax-free form.
