2 cases :
1️⃣ If you're leaving from France 🇫🇷, but there are no PABLO kiosk at your departure point : You need to find the french customs and a french custom officer. He can then either manually scan your barcode, or stamp your form if you printed it ! (then you can just send us a picture of the stamped tax free form)
2️⃣ You're leaving the EU from an other European country than France :
🚨 In this case you NEED to print the tax free form, and have it stamped by a custom officer before you leave ! Then you can just send us the picture of the stamped tax free form ! 🚨
Remember: The rule is that you must scan or have validated your form before leaving the European Union! If you're going to a European country other than France before returning home, you'll need to have your form validated by printing it out and having it stamped.
