The PABLO kiosk is a machine capable of scanning your barcode / tax free-form.

🚨 All the PABLO KIOSKS belong to the french customs. SKIPTAX DOESN'T OWN OR OPERATE THE PABLO KIOSKS. 🚨

➡️ You will only find them IN FRANCE. So it's important to find them before you leave (see our map or help sections about it)

➡️ They are present in most departure points (train station, airport, port ..).

Scanning your barcode or tax-free form is MANDATORY in order to get the refund.

If the kiosk isn't working, or if nobody's here, this is the french customs fault and not Skiptax Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

We recommend that you avoid scanning before 7 a.m. or after 9 p.m. in the evening, as most of the customs machines would then be out of order.
