When using SkipTax, it is crucial to correctly take photos of your invoices to ensure a quick and efficient processing of your refund request.

Here are some tips to assist you :

1. Photo Orientation: Always take your photos in portrait mode, never from the side. This ensures that the details on the invoice are clear and readable.

2. Clarity and Legibility: Make sure the photo includes all the information on the invoice and that the photo does not include any other document that overlaps the sides. All information on the invoice should be visible without any obstructions.

3. Photograph Each Page Individually: If your invoice has multiple pages, photograph each page separately.

⚠️ Ensure that you do not combine invoices from different purchases in the same photo, as this could result in the loss of your refund.

4. Using Screenshots: If the invoice is displayed on a computer or phone, you can use a screenshot.

5. Sending PDFs: Our app now allows you to directly send invoices in PDF format if you have them.

6. Photo Quality: Ensure that the photo is not blurry and not taken from too far away. A poor-quality photo can delay the refund process.
