Senior Managers: Statement of Responsibility

View all certificates issues to a Senior Manager and statuses (Issued, Accepted, Rejected), plus draft and issue new versions.

Permissions needed:

  • Management Console

  • SMCR Registers

1. Select Management Console > SMCR registers

2. Select the relevant SMCR register

3. Select the Managers tab and select the Senior Manager:

4. Under Statement of Responsibilities you can review the status of all issued statements, and view all responsibilities mapped to the Senior Manager (SM)
​5. To issue a new Statement of Responsibility, enter information into the supplementary information tab. This will appear on the statement.

6. To save without issuing, select Draft. To issue, select Issue Statement of Responsibilities (any changes will be highlighted in red)

7. After you issue the statement, the SM receives an email notification to login and select accept or reject:​
