Management Console: Assignment Report

1. Select Management Console to view the Assignments doughnut report, and hover over the doughnut to view the assignment progress breakdown
2. Select the View assignment report button to view more details across three sections:

This shows all mandatory Learning Paths assigned to users. Includes a Red Amber Green (RAG) rating to view the proportion of completed, pending, and overdue assignments.

Select a Learning Path and this opens a list of all assigned users, with assignment progress statuses, deadlines, and completion dates.

Select a user to view their training record for the Learning Path, with details of activity and whether it's required, status, score, and completion date:

This is an optional alternative to showing the completion rate by Learning Path. Instead you can choose another attribute. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss this.

You still get the same reports as the report shown above. View assignment progress for completed, pending, and overdue, using the same RAG ratings. Select a Learning Path to drill down further, and select users to explore individual performances.

This shows all users in your remit with overdue assignments. View how many are overdue, and the earliest deadline that's overdue.

Select a user to view more details of overdue assignments, deadlines. There's also a search box you can use to filter by Learning Path name, completion status, user or other attribute:
