The Activities report bar graph will show the number of activity enrolments compared to the number of completions over the past 9 days. A user session is a login to the LMS. Hover over the bar to see the total number for a particular day.

You can choose to specify a user attribute such as department that will be used to produce grouped output in the reports. Speak to your Customer Success Manager if you want to change or update this. The below table shows activity enrolments vs completed grouped by department.

This table will show all activities that users within your remit have been enrolled on. The table will show a total of activity enrolments vs completions as well as the type of activity. You can sort each column by click the arrow next to the column headers or use the search box to filter your results.
Note: Activity types or status might vary, depending on what additional tools you have access to on your portal.
