The below matrix shows in which cases videos will / will not be captured in remote screenshots on LG players. This is all dependent on the generation, firmware and how the videos are published - whether they are being rendered as part of a widget or scheduled via Signagelive in a playlist, for example. All scenarios below refer to a single video, multiple videos in either scenario are supported, unless indicated in red as "Not Supported".
