Android 12 is not currently supported. Compatibility will be introduced in the v1.51 release of the Signagelive for Sony client, scheduled for February 23rd, 2026. Please avoid installing Signagelive on Sony BRAVIA Android 12 devices until this update is live.
Supported Sony models
At present, we have validated support against the BZ-L range, and our long-term expectation is to support any devices within the BRAVIA professional range running Android 10 that support Pro Mode. This includes the BZ-J range and the BZ-L range.

Please Note
Firmware updates cannot be pushed remotely from our Support Team, and are instead installed via the panel’s settings (HOME > Settings > System > About > System software update)
