The Global KPI (Key Performance Indicator) settings allow you to customize how alerts and warnings are displayed on your Signagelive Dashboard for all your Players. This helps you monitor your network effectively.
Here's how to configure them:
Log in to your Signagelive Network as an Administrator.
From your Dashboard, click on the "Settings" icon (usually a cog or gear symbol ⚙️) located in the top right corner of the Dashboard section.
You'll see a section for "Global KPI Settings" (or similar wording).
Here, you can adjust the thresholds for both Amber Warnings and Red Alerts. These thresholds are typically set by a percentage of Players experiencing an issue.
Example: You might set a Warning for 5% of Players showing a fault, and an Alert for 10% of Players showing a fault.
Once you've set your desired thresholds, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
Your Dashboard will now reflect your custom Global KPI settings, giving you tailored insights into your network's health!
