If you want to stay on the same dose, or reduce your next pen dose, you can do so manually through our web-based app.
To start, head to the SemaPen Web-based app: Login – SemaPen App
Log in using the details you used to register, and with the password that was sent to you via email when you first joined.
Once you log in, head to my account at the bottom:
2. Click on medication dose:
3. Click on change medication
4. Choose which dosage you would like instead
Please note: you will only be able to choose the current dose you are on (maintain) or a lower dose, you will not be able to select a higher dose.
5. Click confirm and your changes should be saved.
